Brief Bio -- Jesuismagicien

Hello, my name is Stéphane. I’m on Instagram with the nickname Jesuismagicien. I am 46 years old and I started magic in 2018, I live in France near Toulouse.

I have a child who is mentally handicapped, one day I gave a wheelchair for children to an association. To thank us they invited us to a magic gala. There were mentalists, magicians, the great illusion with animals on stage … a magician arrived with a newspaper that he tore up to put it back together afterwards.

I was dazzled by this trick. The next day I was thinking about it again and I also wanted to succeed in doing it. So I looked on the internet and 2 months later I succeeded, I made a video that I put on Instagram. After that people commented that it was great, I decided to create a “jesuismagicien” page and started making videos and getting subscribers.

Then I did shows in schools, in my work where I look after children between 1 and 3 years old. I also work with stores in France and Europe. Strangely, I know very few famous magicians, I’m not too interested in that.

I like to do 30% mentalism for adults and for the rest I do small and medium illusions for children. I hate the close up! I have a stand up number with magic or I speak about it with humor. I love to see the faces of people, especially children seeing towers in front of them.
